I've jumped on the official bandwagon, even though right now, I've got that stupid Itachi vid up on YouTube cuz I like the Velvet Acid Christ song. I hate the rest.

Why?

You people on deviantART gripe about Mary Sues/Larry Stus and yet, you support characters who can control elements or time and space. You preach against child porn, and then you pair up Naruto and Sakura. How old are they EXACTLY, canonically? 15? 16? Oops, LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE FORGOT SOME LAWS ALONG THE WAY.

The only way I know these names are from deviantART itself and plowing through the daily shit fanart drawings featuring some vulgar mutilation of anime itself.

On any given day, if I look through parts of the "popular" section, all you see is some form of a Naruto or Avatar fanart piece that depicts something... either bordering on porn/is child porn/something that would never happen/or anything else along those lines.

Don't give me the "anti-Sue" shit when you can't even discern which is a Sue and which is a well written original character. Your "ninjas" are the badly written OCs that wind up in some fangirl's "kawaii desu" fanfic, depicting whatever the fuck their sick little minds can come up with.

As one of the elder (aged) artists on deviantART, I'm frankly ashamed to be associated with a site that's sometimes no better than some anime dump for every and any piece of anime shit.

Don't get me wrong, anime is an artform when it isn't left in the hands of a 16-year-old fangirl who doesn't know how to spell in proper English.

Until then, just think about that. My rant's over.
